Experience the history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes of Greece on this unforgettable 11-day journey combining mainland discoveries with the beauty of the Cycladic Islands.

Begin in Athens before embarking on a three-day journey through some of Greece’s most fascinating archaeological and historical destinations. Travel along the coastal National Highway to the Corinth Canal and continue to Epidaurus, home to its remarkable ancient theatre. Journey through the historic region of Argolis before arriving in Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games.

Itinerary

Day 01 DAY 1: Athens

Arrival at Athens International Airport, assistance and transfer to the Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02 DAY 2: (Monday) Nauplia - Olympia

Depart for three-day trip via the coastal National highway for the Corinth Canal(short stop). After the Corinth Canal, drive to Epidaurus and visit the Ancient theatre, then you enter the region of Argolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the afternoon (optional stop for souvenirs) depart for Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, through the cites of Tripolis and Megalopolis. Overnight stay in Olympia.

Day 03 DAY 3: Olympia – Delphi

Visit the Olympia archaeological site and the archaeological Museum. Depart via Patras (short stop) to Rion, cross the Corinthian bay by the new bridge to Antirion. Pass by the city of Nafpaktos and from there on, along the coastal road to Delphi , known in ancient times as the navel of the world. In the afternoon visit the picturesque mountain village of Arachova. Overnight stay in Delphi.

Day 04 DAY 4: Delphi – Athens

Visit the archaeological site and the MUSEUM of Delphi. Pass by CASTALIA SPRING, visit at the archaeological site and Delphi museum, with it’s spectacular exhibits include the frieze of the Treasury of the Sifnians, the Naxian Sphinx, and many other artifacts. In the afternoon return to Athens.

Day 05 DAY 5: Athens City Tour with New Museum

The Athens half-day tour, depart for a photo stop at Panathinaiko Stadium where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896. Continue with a pleasant short walk passing by Herodion and Dionysos Theater, in order to visit the ACROPOLIS museum. Main attractions such as votives, artifacts of everyday life, statues from archaic period, Caryatids, and of course the Parthenon hall with the metopes, the pediments and the and the frieze will impress you.

Day 06 Day 6: Athens – Santorini .

Departure from hotel to the port of Pireus. At the port embarkation on a regular ferry to the island of Santorini. Arrival at Santorini followed by a transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 07 Day 7: Santorini

Free time on the island of Santorini to explore and relax

Day 08 Day 8: Santorini-Mykonos

At indicated time, transfer from hotel to port to embark on a ferry to the island of Mykonos. Arrival at Mykonos, transfer to the hotel.

Day 09 Day 9: Mykonos.

Day at leisure on the island of Mykonos

Day 10 Day 10: Mykonos – Athens

At arranged time, transfer to the port to board a ferry towards the port of Piraeus. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 11 Day 11: Athens

Transfer to Athens international airport at arranged time.
