Travel onward to Bled, famous for its stunning Alpine lake and impressive Bled Castle, before discovering the spectacular Postojna Cave and the elegant coastal resort of Opatija. Continue to Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO-listed natural wonder featuring sixteen cascading lakes surrounded by lush forests, before reaching Split. Explore the city’s fascinating Roman heritage, including Diocletian’s Palace, Peristyle, Jupiter’s Temple, and the Cathedral.
Itinerary
Day 01 Zagreb Arrival
Arrival at Zagreb airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free.
Day 02 Zagreb
This morning, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, st. Mark’s Church, st. Catherine's Church, the Cathedral, Parliament, and Government Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the winding streets of the old town
Day 03 Ljubljana & Bled
After breakfast head towards Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. See the most significant sights of the old city center on a walking tour. Highlights include the picturesque open-air Central Market, the Three Bridges, Baroque Town Hall, and Robba's Fountain. Then, continue to Bled
Day 04 Bled
An Alpine Lake surrounded by high peaks, Bled was "discovered" by travelers in the middle of the 19th century. Since then, a small town of hotels, villas, and restaurants has developed around the lake, turning Bled into a lively, all-season resort. A sightseeing tour features the charming town and the lakeshore, and visits imposing Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake.
Day 05 Postojna, Opatija and Plitvice Lakes
The journey continues to Postojna, home to one of the largest caves in Europe. Tour this fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train. Afterward, continue to the coast, have a stop in Opatija. Enjoy the walking tour of this fashionable resort in the 19th century, dotted with Habsburg era villas. After some free time, continue towards Plitvice Lakes
Day 06 Split
After breakfast, enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of sixteen terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After the tour, head to Split. Overnight in Split
Day 07 Split
In the morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour featuring the historic inner city, the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, the remnants of Split's Roman heritage, Its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. The rest of the day is at leisure to stroll through the beautiful streets of Split.
Day 08 Split/ Athens
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Athens. Arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 09 Athens
Breakfast. Departure to visit the city of Athens with the Acropolis Museum. Free afternoon.
Day 10 Athens-Santorini
Departure to the port of Piraeus to take the regular boat to Santorini. Arrival in Santorini and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 11 Santorini
Stay on the island of Santorini. Free days to explore the island and accommodation.
Day 12 Santorini-Mykonos
At the agreed time, transfer to the port bound for Mykonos. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Day 13 Mykonos
Free days to explore the island Accommodation.
Day 14 Mykonos – Athens
At the agreed time, transfer to the port bound for Athens. Arrival and transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 15 Athens
