Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST or SAW). Transfer to the hotel.

Istanbul Full-day tour with lunch: Stroll along Sogukcesme Street, lined with traditional wooden Ottoman houses. Visit Topkapi Palace (including the Harem).

A gentle walk along the Golden Horn, the historic estuary dividing the European side of Istanbul. Free time at the Egyptian Bazaar then, enjoy a Bosphorus cruise, the strait connecting the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara. Transfer to Istanbul Airport (IST or SAW) and take the domestic flight to Cappadocia (ASR or NAV). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Cappadocia Full-day tour with lunch: Morning visit to the Goreme Valley, followed by the Goreme Open-Air Museum, Uchisar and Avcilar Valley, famous for its mushroom-shaped formations and striking geological scenery.

Transfer to Cappadocia Airport (ASR or NAV) and take the domestic flight to Izmir (ADB). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Day 6: Ephesus Full-day tour with lunch: Visit the House of Mary. Continue to ancient Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world. End the day with a visit to a leather workshop to learn about traditional production methods.

Pamukkale Full-day tour with lunch: Depart early from Kusadasi toward Pamukkale crossing the beautiful landscapes of Anatolia. Arrival in Pamukkale, visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, including the Roman theatre and the Temple of Apollo.

Depart for Pergamon, explore its remarkable Acropolis, the Temple of Trajan and the remains of its once-renowned library. Continue your scenic drive along the Aegean coastline toward Canakkale.

In the morning, depart for Troy and visit the archaeological site, Cross the Dardanelles Strait and continue to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Visit Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, ANZAC Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, the ANZAC Commemorative Site, the Respect to Mehmetcik Statue, Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnston’s Jolly, the Turkish and Allied trenches and tunnels, the 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial, The Nek and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial. Drive to Istanbul.

Transfer to the airport (IST or SAW) for your departure flight. Arrival in Athens Airport and Transfer to the Hotel.

Depart for Delphi which played a central role in the classical Greek world. Visit at the archaeological site and the Temple of Apollo famous for its oracle. In the afternoon after lunch depart through Central Greece and the cities of Lamia (short stop), Trikala crossing the Thessalian plain, to Kalambaka Overnight stay in Kalambaka.

Leave in the morning for nearby Meteora for a tour of the cliff-top monasteries to visit two different Byzantine Monasteries built on top of rock towers. Meteora is considered one of the most beautiful area of mainland Greece, and its monasteries are one of the country’s most unique attractions. Return to Athens passing by the heroic monument of Leonidas king of Sparta in Thermopylae (short stop for photos). The tour returns to Athens in the late afternoon.

In the morning, depart for a photo stop at Panathinaiko Stadium where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896 Proceed, passing by Zappeion and Temple of Olympian Zeus. You will then pass the Athens Trilogy, the National Garden, Hadrian’s Arc, St. Paul’s Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Schliemann’s House (Numismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral, Old Parliament, Constitution Square ,Russian Orthodox Church, and finally Acropolis. Continue with a pleasant short walk passing by Herodion and Dionysos Theater, to visit the Acropolis Museum.
